1. Are there shipping charges?
There are shipping charges on any orders that are not delivered via our route trucks. Huber Supply does not markup shipping charges. If you want a quote on shipping charges before ordering you will need to call Huber Supply to request a quote before the order is placed.
2. Can I place an order by telephone?
Yes, Huber Supply allows orders to be placed by phone. Please call 641-423-9115 to speak to an inside sales representative.
3. Will I be charged sales tax?
Yes, you will be charged sales tax.
4. What payment methods does HUBERSUPPLY.COM accept?
Hubersupply.com allows customers to charge to their account or pay with credit card. All major credit cards are accepted.
5. How long will it take to receive my order?
Please check stock before ordering. If there is stock available and you are requesting shipping, Huber Supply will in most cases ship same or next day. If you request route delivery your order should arrive on your next scheduled route day.
6. Do I need to sign for my delivery?
Yes, we require a signature for proof of delivery on all route deliveries.
7. What if there is a problem with my order?

8. Do you sell used equipment?
No, Huber Supply does not sell used equipment.
9. Do I get credit for any unused gas left in my tank when I exchange it for a full tank?
No, Huber Supply does not credit customers for gas left in tank. Part of our safety and quality processes is a full vent and vacuum of each tank before the next fill is done not matter the amount of gas left in the tank.
10. Can I rent a tank for the weekend without opening an account?
No, anytime a tank is rented, or leased Huber Supply requires a full credit check and customer account set up.
11. Can I end my tank lease early; before the 5 years is up?
Yes you may end your lease early, however we do not credit or prorate for the remainder of time left on the lease.
12. Can I finance my purchase through HUBERSUPPLY.COM?
No, Hubersupply.com does not finance purchases.
